Office of School Counseling
Counselor Martha Ray

John Paul II Catholic High School offers a full service office of school counseling and a comprehensive school counseling program.  Activities are integrated into the curriculum to assist students with orientation to high school and developing a 4 year plan, study and test taking skills, career and college planning, interpersonal skills, group cohesiveness and team building, tolerance, and self-advocacy.  Students and parents are encouraged to also utilize individual conferences with the school counselor.  By reading the school newsletter and checking our web site parents can stay informed of timely counseling activities.

The main mission of the school counseling office is to facilitate improvement in students’ learning and the accomplishment of their educational goals in a caring and tolerant environment.
