John Paul II for 2012-2013 Parent Guide to Registration

NEW STUDENTS

1. Complete 2012-2013 REGISTRATION FORM

2. The registration fee is $300. However, all persons (current students and those who are not currently students) who enroll prior to March 1st will pay $200 -- a $100 savings

3. Take Placement Test in John Paul II Media Center:
>> Saturday, January 28th, 9AM-Noon <<
>> Thursday, February 23rd, Noon-3PM <<
-- Download and complete Placement Test form
-- ($25.00 check payable to John Paul II)
-- (Notify Guidance office if student unavailable at 850-201-5744)

4. Participating Catholics must complete Pastor Verification Form

5. Come visit us during our Spring Open House
>> Thursday, February 2nd, 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM
>> Thursday, February 23rd, Noon - 3 PM

6. OR schedule a private tour and meeting with Principal Sr. Ellen Cronan or Margo Hall

100% of families seeking financial support have received some form of assistance either through public scholarship programs under www.floridaschoolchoice.org, pastors, or private donations.
